Here we are, 2022 is on since a while and still, it is only with spring settling in and seeds being planted around the city, that we finally wish to land back in our space and open our doors… maybe it also is an Urge to land in spring…
Things have considerably changed and they haven’t gotten easier, but as someone suggested the other day, maybe we have become a bit more open to the unknown, considering that landing (anywhere or into anything) is an ongoing process.
The Urge to … land is the extended festival of the queer feminist collective Altes Finanzamt, originating from our event series The Urge to…
On May 7 and 8 artists from the collective will show their work, in-process or un/finished.
We’ve been trying to deal with the situation around Covid as gently and carefully as possible and decided that the event will only be accessible with a mask, though we’ve lifted the restrictions of social distancing. We wish for everyone to feel safe in our sparkly cellar and would appreciate it if you'd also do a Covid test the day you join us, even though it is not mandatory.
